Can I return my order?
Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
No stress — email us within 14 days with photos and your order number and we’ll replace or refund it.
What if my order gets lost?
If tracking confirms it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I exchange sizes?
We can’t offer size exchanges, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Do sale items follow the same policy?
